Load calculations and sizing of cables, breakers, and transformers

Power factor, voltage drop, and short-circuit analysis
Control panel and field device specification calculations

Diploma / BE / BTech / MTech in:
Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering
Skills & Proficiency:
Proficient in design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, ETABS, Revit Structure, or Tekla Structures
Strong knowledge of civil and structural engineering principles
Ability to perform project-related calculations, including:
Structural Calculations: Beam, column, slab, and foundation sizing; bending, shear, and deflection checks; load distribution and stability analysis
Civil Calculations: Earthwork, quantities estimation, concrete and steel reinforcement calculations, slope stability, retaining wall design, and drainage calculations
Load calculations: dead load, live load, wind load, seismic load
Reinforcement detailing and material optimization
Familiarity with building codes and standards (e.g., IS, AISC, Eurocode)

Prepare and review civil and structural drawings, layouts, and detailed designs
Perform calculations to ensure structural stability, safety, and compliance with codes
